Dear Customer,
Woodbine House is exploring the idea of publishing books FOR teens and adults with disabilities. We are interested in finding out what types of books would
be most enjoyed by and useful to teens and adults with disabilities, and welcome the input of anyone who lives or works with an individual with a disability
aged 12 or older.
Completion of this survey should take approximately 10 minutes. We know you’re busy, so as an incentive, we’re offering a free Woodbine House book (excluding
DVD or VHS products). At the end of the survey, please provide your contact information and which free book you'd like, and we'll ship it to you right
away.
